As an aside, if changing your password takes less than 2.5 minutes on average, the hour-long training session is a net loss in time saved.
That said, if time is an issue, what are you doing here?

FTE #1: We have a 90 day password expiry policy with a 15 day notice period. By waiting until the last day, we can avoid up to 24 password changes over a 30 year career.
FTE #2: Would a shorter password also help?
