Ok, so maybe generational character assassination isn’t particularly amusing, or true, in hindsight.

That said, at the time, the ‘everything has changed’ message was pervasive in middle-management training and it all seemed over-the-top (hence the comic), but now I’m guessing it may just have been a proportionate counter-position to try to move the Boomer exec layer somewhere closer to reasonable ground.
