FTE #2: I updated LinkedIn and started getting calls from recruiters, but I have no idea which of the changes worked. Just the act of updating it tells the market that you're probably looking.
FTE #1: Right. I didn't think adding my high schools results or removing my klan membership would make any difference.
FTE #3: I wouldn't rule out the changes altogether.
