At least all of those are to some degree subjective. Productivity can (and should) be provable by spreadsheet.
I’m afraid productivity-proof-by-spreadsheet wouldn’t work well for say, programmers or artists. A good programmer can sometimes churn out negative two thousand lines of code per week! The spreadsheet should be able to help pinpoint areas in need of further investigation, though.
Just thinking about how to measure the productivity of artists makes my head hurt.
