    Actually, there are lots of us who get really nervous when there’s no feedback because we don’t know if you’re the type of boss who tells everyone *else* when he’s unhappy with you. They exist. They don’t give feedback other than through the grapevine. And they’re a really good reason to leave.

      No feedback is always bad, but I guess you’re right, some of us are more optimistic than others. :)
